| Guarantee: There is never a 100 percent chance of catching fish but we do offer a guarantee on our 11 hour Combo trips if you fish for species suggested by the Captain. Our policy is if you put in the time and you do not catch fish you will get another full day trip for the 1/2 day price. We want to catch fish as bad as you do! Our success rate is over 95% on all of our trips so its unlikely you even need to read this. If the weather conditions are unsafe at Captains discretion, you will be refunded. |
| All Fishing Trips Include: The Best Bait and Tackle available. We use only professional equipment maintained to the best standards. Our inventory includes brands such as Shimano, Penn, Gamagatsu, Owner, Seagar, CMS. We Include Dead Bait, Live Mackerel and Pollack when available. | Required by Law: Children under 13 must wear a life jacket at all times we supply life jackets or you may use your own. |
| Gratuity: The 1st Mate is required for the safety of Passengers. Our mates are skilled professionals and earn their living from tips. This is Standard to the industry like your favorite restaurant server. The Mate helps to make sure you are safe and informed and are capable of handling emergency situations. They will help you with your tackle and they will prepare your catch for eating and shipping home. Industry standard gratuity of 20% of the cost of your trip is not included. If you are not completely satisfied with the service and efforts of the Mate Please let the Captain know before tipping. |
| Departure Times: // April - May = 06:00 Departure // June - August = 05:00 Departure // September - November = 06:00 Departure // 1/2 day trips Depart Morning or Afternoon.// Late Arrivals count as fishing time. | Refunds: Most deposits are made through a credit authorization much like a hotel. No charges are made "unless you do not cancel" within one week of your trip. In the unlikely case we are experiencing Bad Weather we will refund any money back to you or your card. NO Refunds for Return because of Intolerable or Illegal Behavior. All Refunds for bad weather or poor fishing conditions are at "The Captains Discretion". |
| For Safety reasons: Alcohol Policy: beer and wine is allowed within limits, drunk and disorderly is not tolerated! Any passengers considered intoxicated will be asked to wear a life jacket and the trip may be cancelled with no refund. We can not be responsible for passengers who fail any intoxication test. There are no immediate emergency services in the ocean, safety is our chief goal. Return to Port for Unsafe Conditions or Intolerable Behavior are Captains Discretion. |
| For Safety reasons: *XXXL large people or handicapped limited in mobility* due to the weight limits recently imposed by the USCG regarding all ferries tour boats and all charter boats. an average 200 lbs per person xxxl people may count as 2 persons or may not be allowed to board. Please Notify us if anyone is Handicapped or requires special attention. |
| Underway Time: Travel out to the fishing grounds and Travel back home. Most trips take less than 1 hour to start fishing but can take up to 2 hours home. Traveling from one fishing ground to another is part of fishing time. Inshore trips your fishing within 15 minutes. |
| Surcharge for Fuel: In the highly unlikely chance that Diesel Fuel at the Docks goes higher than $4 per gallon a surcharge of the difference may be added to your fee. In the Unlikely case this happens you will be notified well in advance of your trip. We apologize for the ups and downs of our economy. |
| Surcharge for "Extra" live Tuna Bait: When our special bait supply is low it becomes necessary to purchase live bait from a local supplier we include 6 live baits during these times. Extra Baits may be purchased at an average of $8 per bait. Big Bait for Big Fish |
